Misheck holds a BCom (Acc) Hons and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA) with more than 18 years of investment banking experience in structured lending, debt advisory, restructuring and private equity. After completing articles in auditing, he journeyed into financial services spending two years as an investment analyst in private equity focusing on the mid-corporate market, and thereafter investment banking with one of the largest in the market focusing on the South African and Regional Rest of Africa markets. His responsibilities were origination and implementation of transactions in large corporations, state owned entities and sovereign lending transactions across the continent. Key successes were origination of high-profile landmark transactions and driving the strategy and growth in the Rest of Africa lending portfolio during his tenure.

As a dealmaker Misheck has a strong record in financing projects in both the private and public sectors which involved C-suite engagement that developed long lasting relationships. Misheck has been involved in the origination and structuring of transactions with nominal values in excess of USD10billion in South Africa and across the continent to corporates, sovereigns, Development Financing Institutions and State-Owned entities.
