With almost two decades of experience in corporate finance and investment advisory, Nishal  is a seasoned corporate finance professional dedicated to driving economic growth and producing meaningful impact in Africa. Coupled to this is a strong engineering and operations background from his time at Sasol, providing him with an invaluable insight into businesses.   Passionate about sustainable development, Nishal combines financial acumen with a deep understanding of African markets to create impactful solutions for clients.

Nishal has held key roles at Sasol, UBS Investment Bank, Standard Bank, and the Public Investment Corporations (PIC), before establishing Entropy Advisory. During his career Nishal has successfully facilitated capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, strategic financial planning, and restructurings, including pioneering investment strategies which underpin PIC’s substantial investments across its asset classes.  His diverse career is supported by an MBA, a Masters in process design, and a degree in chemical engineering.  Furthermore, Nishal is a CFA® charterholder.
